We regularly work with mild steel (up to 3 mm thick), aluminium (up to 1.5 mm), and stainless steel (up to 1.2 mm). If your material falls outside this, please get in touch to discuss further.
Can you help design or source tooling?
Yes. If you don’t already own tooling, we can work closely with local toolmakers to design and supply the right tools for your project.
What are your press capabilities?
We operate presses ranging from 20 to 600 tonnes, with bed sizes up to 3×2 metres. This allows us to produce both small and large components with precision.
What batch sizes do you support?
We specialise in low to medium volume production. Typical batches range from a few prototypes to around 1,000 units. For smaller parts, we can produce up to 5,000 per batch.
What is your lead time for quotations?
We typically respond to quote requests within 48 hours. For more complex jobs, we’ll provide a clear timeline and update you regularly.
Do you serve industries outside of automotive?
Yes. While we have strong expertise in the automotive sector, we also serve clients in white goods, boilers, construction, and industrial manufacturing. We’re always open to new sectors.
